2. Booking & Rental Policy

3. Driver & Vehicle Usage Guidelines

• The renter must hold a valid driving license, and adherence to all traffic laws is mandatory.

• RK Car Rental Service may provide a driver at an additional cost upon request.

• The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as received, with all accessories and documents intact.

• Any violation of traffic rules, parking fines, or legal offenses during the rental period is the responsibility of the customer.

• Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or illegal substances inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

• Any accidental damage, mechanical failure, or theft must be reported immediately to our customer support.

4. Payment Terms & Additional Charges

• Full or partial payment must be made at the time of booking.

• Additional charges such as toll fees, parking fees, state permits, and driver allowances are to be borne by the customer.

• Late return of the vehicle beyond the agreed period will result in additional hourly or daily rental charges.

• A security deposit may be applicable for high-value rentals, refundable upon vehicle return after inspection.

5. Liability & Insurance

• RK Car Rental Service provides vehicles with basic insurance coverage.

• The customer is responsible for any additional damages, loss, or theft of the vehicle or its parts.

• In case of an accident, the customer must immediately inform RK Car Rental Service and cooperate with legal procedures.

Refund Policy

1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

• More than 48 hours before the rental date: Full refund minus processing fees.

• 24-48 hours before the rental date: 50% refund of the total booking amount.

• Less than 24 hours before the rental date: No refund will be provided.

• No-show or last-minute cancellations: No refund.

• In case of vehicle breakdown: A replacement vehicle will be provided or a full refund will be issued if a replacement is unavailable.

2. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

• Refunds for cash payments will be processed via bank transfer upon verification.

• Processing fees and transaction charges may be deducted from the refundable amount.

3. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Applicable

• Refunds will not be provided for unused rental days or early vehicle returns.

• If the vehicle is damaged due to negligence, no refund will be processed.

• In case of policy violations or legal disputes, the rental amount is non-refundable.
